the west natick-boston commute is made bearable by my aggregator which usually has about a hundred posts waiting for me. here is today’s batch:
research into cell phone-induced body motion
the case for multifaceted identity, especially fine-grained self-references
new weblog by erik duval, learning objects guru
and i only made it through about half of it. who needs commuter rags when there are feeds?
who invited chris pirillo to keynote at apachecon? the first 21 minutes, he talked about himself, and finally reached his premise after 37 minutes even though it was immediately apparent. give me a break.
heh, i should have worded this more carefully, and not blog immediately.. i very much agreed with the premise of the talk, it is the delivery (given the techie audience) that made me unhappy. no hard feelings, chris. coffee sounds good.
in the meantime, we talked, and i directed chris to some cool RSS applications. curiously, our little thingie got covered in the seattle pi.
I went out to Charing Cross, to see Major- general Harrison hanged, drawn; and quartered; which was done there, he looking as cheerful as any man could do in that condition. He was presently cut down, and his head and heart shown to the people, at which there was great shouts of joy. It is said, that he said that he was sure to come shortly at the right hand of Christ to judge them that now had judged him; and that his wife do expect his coming again. Thus it was my chance to see the King beheaded at White Hall, and to see the first blood shed in revenge for the blood of the King at Charing Cross.
some bloggers have more interesting experiences than others.
i got rid of my old xaraya / postnuke weblog and imported all entries into movable type. at the same time, i also resurrected an old site i had put away into storage, and enabled category archives.
i just learned that charlie had hooked me up with a complimentary pass for day one of bloggerCon which was yesterday. i had not known about it, so i did not attend. damn!!
at least, i am here now, after the usual public transport ordeal. i really need to learn how to drive..
whats up with manila these days? it doesn’t support trackbacks, and still calls itself weblog software. same for radio. sheesh.
